Completely new approach of attaching audio sensors to the proximal end of an interventional device – with that therapeutic interference – and subsequent transmission and analysis of the sound pattern. With different mathematical modelling it is possible to obtain information about the path of the device even on the distal end and therefore could be used as an additional tracking tool that provides valuable forensic information.
