Ausschreibung des EU-Projekts FoodIntegrity zu Lebensmittelbetruf

Das unter dem 7. Forschungsrahmenprogramm geförderte Projekt FoodIntegrity trägt zur Harmonisierung und Anwendung von Forschung und technologischer Entwicklung bei, um dem Problem falsch ausgezeichneter Lebensmittelprodukte bzw. Produktimitationen zu begegnen.
Im Rahmen des Projekts ist aktuell eine Ausschreibung zu folgenden Themen geöffnet:
o Topic 1: Standardisation and harmonisation of untargeted food integrity methods
o Topic 2: Innovative approaches to assure the integrity of complex foods
o Topic 3: A feasibility study of how information can be shared along the supply chain to identify risks to the integrity of food
o Topic 4: Rapid, on-site, cost-effective methods for feed/food fraud detection
