Small regulatory RNAs with a role in the virulence of <I>Xanthomonas campestris</I> pv. <I>vesicatoria</I>

RNA regulators modulate a wide range of physiological processes. Based on data from animal pathogenic bacteria it is evident that small-noncoding RNAs (sRNAs) contribute to virulence gene expression. The majority of sRNA regulators act on translation and stability of target mRNAs through complementary base pairing. E. coli.
