The secretome of non-small cell lung carcinoma will be investigated by mass spectrometry using the SILAC (stable isotope lableing using amino acids in cell culture) approach. We will use nano-HPLC/nano-ESI-LTQ.Orbitrap-MS/MS and nano-HPLC/MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS/MS methods.
