Simultaneous Simulation System for Total Design Management
Projektleiter:
Finanzierung:
The cooperation is based on a new concept that analyses economic flows in materials in the value chain under a defined system corresponding to the Internet of Things (IoT) and materials, whose economic and technological properties are mirrored in a databank (Materials Data Space, MDS.
The starting point is to design materials with application-oriented (sales design) properties using specific nanoparticles based on polymers. The aim are other uses, for instance high-Performance magnets. Other applications already in preparation are copper and aluminium. The focus is on setting up a simultaneous (economic and technological) Simulation System (S³) that merges all three fields of design, i.e. the Input and the Output side (Total design Management TDM), thus generating economically and environmentally efficient value chains.
