Multivessel coronary artery disease is one of the cardiovascular diseases, which is projected to the leading cause of global death according to the world health organization (WHO). We mainly focus on investigating 1) underlying inflammation as a cause of atherosclerosis and novel therapeutic aspects to intervene the disease activity abd course; 2) newly developed vascular prostheses to characterize and to evaluate their host cytocompatibility in vitro condition using hemodynamic model; 3) targeted infections (like SARS-coV-2) among coronary artery diseaseProfil
