We are exploring high-temperature spray drying processes that can be used to produce various conventional products or fully new classes of dry nanoparticles. While anorganic materials are an obvious target, we are also exploring the production of organic materials (i.e. food components), which may be possible despite of high temperature due to the extremely short drying time.
