We are exploring spray fluidized bed granulation (or coating) by mixing of inert gas (air) to the feed. In this way we are expecting to break path for new classes of particulate products, placed between spray dried powders and conventional spray fluidized bed granules. Easy handling of relatively large product particles shall be combined with fast reconstitution in water and with relatively high bulk density by the new technology.
