Dr. Siebold is a postdoctoral researcher at the Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg, Germany, where she also received her doctorate in July 2017. Her research interests focus on social entrepreneurship, business models, social venture growth, and hybridity, and her research work is inspired by her field work with organizations such as Ashoka.
