I am a researcher in the field of civil engineering and computational mechanics, with a particular focus on structural dynamics, wave propagation phenomena, fluid mechanics, and nondestructive testing techniques. In my theoretical studies, I employ a wide range of different numerical methods, such as the scaled boundary finite element method (SBFEM), stabilized finite elements, the spectral element method (SEM), isogeometric analysis (IGA), or the finite cell method (FCM).
